Gordon Raggett
Pastor

Gordon became Pastor of WCC in April 2018. Previously he was the CEO of The CRiBS Charitable Trust, an organisation he founded in 1993. Gordon has served on teams in churches and led children’s work for many of those years. His passion to communicate the Scriptures has been honed especially during his time developing CRiBS, teaching Christianity to thousands of children in the London Borough of Bexley. Gordon also runs a Life Consulting business through which he helps people to clarify their purpose and destiny. Gordon recently become an author again, releasing his latest book Growing Younger in 2019. Gordon has been married to his wife, Joy, for close to 40 years and they love spending time with their Family.

Tara Rogers
Assistant Pastor

Tara recently became the assistant pastor here at WCC, previously Both Tara and her husband were assistant pastors at Acts2 Church, in Crayford, for 4 years before starting their own business, Roar Music Academy. Tara has a great passion to see people connect with God in a powerful and genuine way that brings about true and lasting transformation. With an ability to inspire and encourage, she leads with enthusiasm to see the church reach out into the community around them. Her role has a specific responsibility towards young people and families, Her vision is to see the next generation so impacted with the love of Jesus that they are forever changed and desperate to share their story with anyone they come into contact with.

Ruth Jerreat
Elder

Ruth has been part of the Wilmington church family for many years and served in different roles. She nursed her husband Derek for eleven of those years following a catastrophic stroke. Ruth loves God and people. She regularly opens her home to guests and many have been impacted by her grace and wisdom.

Bola Ishola
Elder

Bola has been a Christian for over 27 years. She joined WCC in 2010. Bola serves on many Children’s Teams within the church, happily teaching children the word of God. She says, “It is always wonderful to shape a child’s life by sharing God’s word, and allowing the seed of God to be planted and watered.” Bola is married to Yemi and they have four wonderful daughters.
